This policy explains how Bixel Digital ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through bixeldigital.co.uk. We are the data controller for that data. For any privacy question, email info@bixeldigital.co.uk.
About us
Bixel Digital is a trading name of TD Health Tech Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17029714), whose registered office is 126 Queen Street, Hitchin SG4 9TH.
What we collect
- Enquiry details — the name, clinic name and email address you submit in our contact form, plus anything you include in your message.
- Email correspondence — messages you send us directly.
- Technical data — basic server and security logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated when you visit the site.
We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, patient or health information.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss working together — legitimate interests, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
- To deliver and administer services you engage us for — performance of a contract.
- To keep the site secure and working correctly — legitimate interests in protecting our systems.
- To meet accounting and legal obligations — legal obligation.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business — such as website hosting, email and (where applicable) analytics providers — who process it on our instructions. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Records relating to clients are kept for the duration of the engagement and for up to 6 years afterwards, to meet UK tax and accounting requirements.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
